Business Ethics & Social Responsibility

Good Products Should Be Made the Right Way.

Our responsibility doesn’t end with the products we create. It extends to the factories that make them—and, most importantly, the people who work there.

We partner with manufacturers that share our expectations for ethical business practices, safe working conditions, fair treatment and responsible manufacturing.

Because how something is made matters just as much as what we make.

Workers must be treated with dignity and respect.

Recruitment must be ethical, transparent and free from excessive fees.

Environmental Responsibility

Factories must comply with applicable environmental requirements and operate responsibly.

Employment Practices

Standards Are Only as Good as the Process Behind Them.

We work with independent quality assurance and compliance resources, including Sofeast, to conduct factory audits, inspections and manufacturing oversight when appropriate.

01

Factory Evaluation

Assess and approve factories against project requirements.

02

Pre-Production Review

Verify materials, methods and working conditions before production.

03

In-Process Inspection

Monitor production quality and compliance as products are made.

04

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Confirm finished products meet quality and compliance standards.

Make Better. Waste Less.

Our Environmental Policy

Design to Last

We prioritize durable, useful products intended for long-term use.

Better Materials

We evaluate recycled, renewable and responsibly sourced alternatives.

Less Plastic

We look for practical ways to reduce unnecessary plastics.

Less Packaging

We minimize packaging when it adds little value to the finished product.

Sustainability is an ongoing process. We continue to evaluate materials, manufacturing practices, packaging and environmental claims with an emphasis on practical, supportable improvements.

Safety Isn’t Optional.

Product Safety & Testing

Independent Testing

We use recognized third-party laboratories when product testing is required.

SGS Testing

SGS is among the recognized testing organizations we work with when appropriate.

Regulatory Requirements

Testing considers applicable U.S. CPSC requirements and other relevant regulations.

Product-Specific Testing

Requirements depend on materials, intended use, target consumer and destination market.

Because when our name—and our client’s name—is attached to a product, getting it right matters.

Supply Chain Visibility

Authorized Production

All Seven Sourcing production must take place at the factory or manufacturing facility approved for the project.

Unauthorized subcontracting, outsourcing or transferring production to another facility without prior approval is prohibited.

Responsible Manufacturing

Restricted Substances & Chemical Management

Suppliers are expected to maintain appropriate chemical-management practices and comply with applicable laws, regulations and restricted-substance requirements.

Our goal is to reduce unnecessary chemical risks while protecting workers, consumers and the environment.

New materials emerge. Manufacturing processes improve. Expectations rise. Supply chains change.
We're here for all of it.

the Right Way.
